The time for order delivery is divided as follow:
- Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post and DHL Express for dispatch within 1 business day after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- Click & Collect: Usually ready in 1 to 2 days.

Standard Post takes 2 to 4 days.
Australia Post Express Parcel takes 1 to 3 days.

DHL Express takes 3 to 12 days.

Changes Request
As most of our orders start being processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. We ask our customer to please double-check the information details of your parcel as we can not be held responsible for incorrect information.
Please make sure to check if you have selected the correct size and colour of your item to avoid disappointment.
Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for new shipping.
*Heavy and Bulky items
Please be sure to measure and evaluate sizes before placing your order. The installation of products is not included in this service, only the delivery.
Note that free shipping is not available for heavy and bulky products as they require special delivery and/or handling.
