Made out of 100% high quality natural latex from Malaysia, it features an extra thick high-grade silicon that will not dry out, snap or deform. It is extremely easy to set up and doesn't require you to permanently fix it anywhere damaging your walls or door.

Use & Care
- Before each use, check each band for breakage prior to starting your workout.
- Do not stretch bands more than 2x their original length.
- Do not use bands on rough or abrasive surfaces.
- When under tension, carefully return all bands to their original length before releasing them to avoid injuries.
- We highly recommend storing your set at room temperature with no moisture, heat, or direct sunlight to increase the product's life cycle.
- Only clean your product with a damp rag with NO cleaning products or soaps as they may damage or weaken your bands.
*Please note, all our items are tested before shipping. However, resistance bands pose hazards, as any fitness equipment, when not treated and used correctly. The two main dangers involved with resistance band training are breaking the band or letting go of an end while under tension. Always check your set before each use.
The time for order delivery is divided as follow:
- Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post and DHL Express for dispatch within 1 business day after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- Click & Collect: Usually ready in 1 to 2 days.

Standard Post takes 2 to 4 days.

Changes Request
As most of our orders start being processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. We ask our customer to please double-check the information details of your parcel as we can not be held responsible for incorrect information.
Please make sure to check if you have selected the correct size and colour of your item to avoid disappointment.
Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for new shipping.

Please be sure to measure and evaluate sizes before placing your order. The installation of products is not included in this service, only the delivery.
