Shipping & Handling
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 2 days after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Australia Post Standard Shipping 5 to 12 days.
Australia Post Express Shipping 1 to 3 days.
Depending volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice is the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
Current delays in processing orders:
As informed on our website, the current shipping period is 7 to 19 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the difficulties faced by the post offices. We hope you can understand and appreciate your patience during this time.We want you to know that we’re working through all orders as fast as we can; and we’ll be sending email confirmations by the end of the week. If you’re waiting on an order, rest assured that as soon as it’s ready we’ll send an email to you.
Once your order has been dispatched from stores, please allow 2 to 4 days for scans to show on the relevant carrier’s website.
