I could not fit my feet into the machine, but this company I bought it from will not give me a refund.
My daughter, however, tested it and these were her findings:
The only area where the massager feels any pressure is around the heel/ankle, where the pressure is so great it hurts. Any harder and it could cause damage.
The rest feels like plastic air bags rubbing/bubbling/licking along the top and bottom of the feet. No pressure or any form of massaging relief.
Now I am stuck with an overly priced piece of rubbish.
Such a reliever after long hours of work. Description spot on. User friendly. Totally love it. The massager is part of routine now.

This foot messager is a God send. It works so good. I am using it everyday. It really helps relax me at the end of a long day of being on my feet. Having the remote is a must as it's nice to have control at your finger tips when relaxing back. This would make a great gift for someone. As a matter of fact I will be buying another one for a friend very soon!
