The usual time for order delivery is divided as follows:
- Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post and DHL Express for dispatch within one business day after the order is placed, and payment is received.
- Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Standard Post takes 2 to 4 days.
Australia Post Express Parcel takes 1 to 3 days.
New Zealand
DHL Express takes 3 to 12 days.
Canada & UK & USA
DHL Express takes 4 to 15 days.

As most of our orders start being processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. We ask our customer to double-check your parcel's information details as we can not be held responsible for incorrect information.

Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for the new shipping.

It's important to note that the warranty time limit remains in effect, regardless of the number of repairs or replacements you may receive for the original product. In other words, any replacement product you receive will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item.
What Isn't Covered by the Warranty?

I don't like it. Velcro is very weak. Every time I bend even a bit , the Velcro opens up ! Useless! Maybe if you don't moove at all. It will be JUST ok. Sorry . I wasted my money 💰
From my experience order the maximum size to suit, I did that & still find it difficult to put on. When wearing it periodically I feel middle back support whilst pulling my shoulders back as designed.
Had not realized how difficult it would be to put on with my fumbly old fingers & the velco sticking everywhere I didn't want it. Once on I can definitely feel my back is straighter. Will continue to wear it just for short time periods.

This back brace posture corrector is made of good quality material, It was relatively easy to put, helps with correcting your posture and supports your back where it needs to. It wraps around your entire body as well and you can wrap it as tight or loose as you need. The quality of the product is good
I suffer from arthritis in my hips and lower back and I slouch which can make it worse. I wear the back brace and I feel good. Helps so much with my posture!
