The usual time for order delivery is divided as follows:
- Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post and DHL Express for dispatch within one business day after the order is placed, and payment is received.
- Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Australia
Standard Post takes 2 to 4 days.
Australia Post Express Parcel takes 1 to 3 days.
New Zealand
DHL Express takes 3 to 12 days.
Canada & UK & USA
DHL Express takes 4 to 15 days.

Changes Request
As most of our orders start being processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. We ask our customer to double-check your parcel's information details as we can not be held responsible for incorrect information.
Please check if you have selected your item's correct size and colour to avoid disappointment.
Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for the new shipping.

It's important to note that the warranty time limit remains in effect, regardless of the number of repairs or replacements you may receive for the original product. In other words, any replacement product you receive will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item.
What Isn't Covered by the Warranty?

Its slick, portable design, comfortable, easy to use, easy to adjust, soft cusion, few settings to warm up and use as heat pad, instead of getting hot water bottle, this product heats up instantly! Likewise, there are 3 massage level settings which feels nice. Yes i even tried as a man.lol..really comfy, you can even out it around your leg or anywhere else where there is pain. Its great product! Arrived fast too. Recommended!
